Premier Access Insurance Company now offers our Group and Individual PPO Dental and Vision plans in the Utah market.

For many years we have administered successful C.H.I.P. and Medicaid dental plans in Utah, which has given us a solid provider network throughout the state. To take advantage of this state-wide network, we are expanding our offerings to cover group commercial Dental PPO benefit packages. And to augment the dental programs, we also offer a variety of bundled vision plans.

The Dental PPO product line provides a substantial number of standard benefit plans and can easily be enhanced with custom plans for those groups with unique needs. These plans are supported by an extensive PPO network with excellent discounts, to save groups and participants on out-of-pocket and claims costs.

Vision benefits are provided through a broad network of vision providers across the United States. Full-service vision plans, which include routine examinations and eyewear, with a choice of deductibles and frequency of services are available at an affordable cost.
