Premier Access is pleased to participate in Texas’s Healthcare Benefits Exchange (HBEX).  Our focus is on providing you with the benefits that are essential to achieve and maintain good oral health. Premier Access was founded in 1998 by a practicing dentist in an effort to provide excellent benefits at an affordable price… and that is still our goal today!

Premier Access is based in Sacramento, California and serves members across the United States.   We are offering a dental plan on Texas’s HBEX which meet the Essential Health Benefit (EHB), for children under 19 years old.

  • This plan includes the dental plan for children as well as a adult dental plan.
  • You are responsible for a specific dollar amount for each procedure you and/or your child(ren) receive.
  • You can choose your assigned provider within the contracted network.
